-literacy-rate having a long way to be called as developed. In our constitution its written that any person who can write his/her name is called a  literate. With valued definition, "The ability of a person to read newspaper and write a simple letter in any language" is literate. In Musharaff's regime, an institute with the name of Higher Educational Commission came into existence-covering all private and public higher educational institutes. This was done in order to bring higher education under one umbrella. Our leaders have always shown us cherished memories of flourishing Pakistan-what a conflict!!! On one side, you admire present govt. for ending excessive presidential rights through 18th Amendment but what about the abolition of HEC???isn't it a open lie with us that the children of our politicians study in international universities and we being recklessly laid down by making our degrees worth just like a piece of paper. HEC gives a motherly feelings to all students across Pakistan in order to compete them internationally. Our Federal Minister Raza Rabbani count it as provincial autonomy. Does provincial autonomy only comes in terms of education????

      If analyzed deeply, abolition of HEC will increase provincial disparity. What about Baluchistan where no prominent educational institute exist-what will they do with the educational fund given to them every year afterwards....nothing...do we have good law and order situation there, extremists have destroyed almost all educational institutes there and nobody dare to go there, where will that many go then. new-pakistan.com/2011/04/05/hec-not-worth-defending. Do you think that in the state of disharmony among province-will anyone of them take the initiative of harmonizing the curriculum of education across Pakistan after HEC.....the answer is NOBODY. Those who cannot bear the responsibility of national security and sold the sovereignty of our country for some favors, will bear your educational needs!!!!!!

       Our so called leaders always created a difference among them and us-they give us dreams of welfare state but these all are fake similar to that of their fake degrees. Isn't it a fact that, in last few months, HEC has played a vital role in differentiating fake degrees and picked fake leaders of ours and put them in front of all-living a lavish life on our assets. For instance, see those considered developed, the only basis of their development was education.        This is right time to mark those who are destroying our mother land by throwing acid on its blooming and fresh flowers...kick them all out of our holy land and tell them that we can create DIFFERENCE by making no compromise on our basic needs.
